The ENB card assesses the energy economy of an object and ranks it on a scale of A to G according to energy intensity, which is related to operating costs.
All new and reconstructed buildings must have, according to §6a of Act no. 406/2006 Coll. on the energy management of the ENB (energy performance of the building). This is part of the documentation for construction proceedings (Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., As amended by amendment 62/2013 Coll.).
PENB evaluates the object in terms of energy needs on:
- heating
- hot water heating
- air conditioning and air conditioning
- artificial lighting
Documents for PENB exposure:
- project documentation of the house
- project of laying the house on a plot with the orientation of the house to the world sides
- technical report
- documentation of TZB equipment (heating, TV, HVAC, artificial lighting)
