Airtightness of the building envelope
The air-tight panels (label F) are equipped with a special airtight foil which is inserted between the plank layers during panel production. Thanks to this, the film is protected from damage during handling and assembly. The real airtightness of the structure has so far been verified on many passive houses with excellent results
Ecological aspects
DEKPANEL is made of wood, which comes mainly from Czech forests. Panel production is designed with a view to maximizing input utilization and minimizing waste. No glue or other chemical products are used in production. The advantage over competing systems is the fact that we do not produce the panels in advance and subsequently do not work, but the CNC portal is stacked exactly according to specifications, which saves the material and consequently reduces the price of the entire panel.
Static load capacity
The static load capacity of the panels has been tested in a test laboratory with production results. Even with a relatively small thickness, the DEKPANEL massive wooden panels are very durable for both vertical and horizontal loads.
