Before building construction, you need several important documents at once.
Project documentation:
- plot of land - altitude and planting
- information on protection zones (including the conditions of their administrators)
- site plan of the given site - regulation
- site connection to engineering networks
- radon measurement result
- the idea of placing a house on the land
- location of houses on adjacent plots
- way of storm water disposal
- management of all utilities:
- water supply
- sewerage (sewerage, rainfall)
- electro
- O2
- gas
- electronic cables

min. 20 working days from the date of receipt of all necessary documents for project processing and payment of the deposit (unless stated otherwise).
