For Old Orders, which are no longer valid, the floor area of an apartment is the sum of all the areas of all the main and secondary rooms used exclusively by the renter of the flat. This does not include cellar spaces and other areas of house equipment. In the new version, the utility area means balconies, cellars, staircases, garages and halls , bathrooms and wc, which are not used for housing, but fulfill economic, communication and hygienic functions.
