Urban settlement or headquarters is a group of settlement units including economic facilities, transport facilities in a particular area. Often it is urbanistically separated from the surrounding settlements. This is the concentration of the economy and housing of the population. It is divided into urban and outdoor mansions.

Urban settlements are younger than rural ones. The town is considered to be a village with a certain number of inhabitants, it has a certain number of people employed and also a clear nature of the building. Rural settlements include settlements, loneliness and villages.
