The condensate pipe is a part of the chimney and is connected either to the chimney pipe or to the smoke duct. Its function is to drain condensate. The diameter of the pipe is usually about 20 mm, but it may be even thicker. It depends on the size of the chimney. Condensate pipes are mostly made of PVC.
