What is a marmoleum
Marmoleum is a trademark for flooring that is natural linoleum. It was invented in the 19th century and its composition is still the same. It is made from a mixture of linseed oil, pine resin, ground limestone and woody or cork flour. The support element is the jute fabric to which the mixture is molded. The thickness is 2-3 mm.
Marmoleum is a homogeneous floor covering with a long life. Its structure and color penetrate all its thickness. Thanks to this, its damage is not particularly visible. An advantage is the complete health of the cover.
