The partial territorial plan is the documentation, which determines on which part of the plot of land is determined, on which parcels can be built and on which not. It usually also includes conditions for buildings that are already built. Landscaping designs for nature sites are also part of the project to serve as a dwelling for animals. In our lands, it is mainly forests. The Territorial Plan is an integral part of the planning documentation that each municipality has.
