The agricultural construction is intended for animal husbandry, storage of livestock products, preparation and storage of feed and litter, plant protection products as well as for agricultural services. The agricultural construction can only be used for agricultural activities or for housing. Larger and smaller farms are subject to the Land Fund Act, and permission must be obtained from the competent authority.
