The Land Change Change Decision sets out a new way of using the land and the conditions for its use. This decision is issued for landscaping, the determination of the mining space, parking spaces, handling and sales premises, public and private burial grounds, establishment and cancellation of vineyards, hop gardens, forests, parks, orchards, landscaping affecting water absorption. The application for a decision on a change in use shall be submitted in writing by the applicant together with all the documentation.
