The minimum slope of the roof is determined for a certain type of roofing. The minimum slope of the roof is prescribed by the roof cover manufacturer, but also prescribed by standards or guidelines for laying roof coverings.

The smallest inclines of roofing are recommended in ČSN 73 1901. They are safe inclines to ensure the roofing functionality without the need for additional waterproofing measures.
