Traffic-calmed traffic is a road in which motor traffic is partially or completely eliminated. Under specific conditions, however, such communications may be made available to supply vehicles or to service traffic. Such a situation can occur, for example, in the event of an accident, disturbance in the section of a route or in the organization of demonstrations or of larger-scale musical or sporting events.
